SHANTELL CVETKOVSKI

Your life will be no better than the plans you make and the action you take.
You are the architect and builder of your own life, fortune, destiny.

Alfred A. Montapert

Hello, I’m Shantell Cvetkovski a human who is always striving to live a fulfilling, simple happy life. I came across the quote above from Alfred A Monapert in my early 20’s after being diagnosed with premature menopause and chronic fatigue. I began to live my life through this quote and I still do, to this day. Seven years after my diagnosis my husband and I were blessed with our miracle daughter Little Miss Maple. This is my story….

As a child, I struggled with severe eczema, enduring cycles of harmful steroid creams and receiving diagnoses of dairy and gluten intolerance in my early teens. The constant bloating and stomach pains made me anxious about eating anywhere other than home, leading to a restrictive diet that didn't seem to help. Despite trying various approaches – vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and more – nothing alleviated my symptoms. By the time I turned 21, chronic fatigue had set in, accompanied by absent menstrual periods and a diagnosis of premature menopause.

Meeting my partner, an avid fisherman and hunter, brought a shift. His cooking supported my body's healing, and we were blessed with a daughter, a joy we were told was the impossible.  However, with motherhood came new challenges. Juggling the demands of a newborn, I found my eczema returning with a vengeance. It was then that a friend introduced me to the GAPS Diet. Along with exploring psychosomatic therapy, I began to see improvements. Within weeks, my eczema cleared, and my energy levels soared.

Returning to work as a school teacher, I observed remarkable changes in a student diagnosed with autism and ADHD who had been following the GAPS Diet. Witnessing the impact firsthand, I delved deeper into understanding the connection between the gut and brain.  Inspired by Dr. Natasha's work, I decided to take a break from teaching and devote myself to studying GAPS and Neuroaffective Touch Therapy.

Through my own healing journey, I realized the importance of addressing emotional trauma stored within the nervous system. Now, as a highly qualified professional, I blend my expertise in GAPS coaching and Neuroaffective Touch Therapy to empower others on their healing journeys. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can overcome emotional obstacles, restore balance, and transform their lives. With innate empathy, deep insight, and an intuitive approach, I am dedicated to guiding others towards optimal well-being.
